It was the third consecutive time we chose to stay in Concorde, summer 2023 and 2024 and this time winter 2025. As usual everything was perfect. The rooms are clean and luxury. The staff are the best I have ever met, they are very friendly and helpful. The hotel activities and entertainments even during the winter was perfect. The guest relation staff were so caring and helpful and did a nice room decoration for the Valentine day. Hats off to the staff and managers. See you concorde again in July 2025. Thank You

The building is new and modern, which made everything feel fresh and comfortable. The highlight for me was definitely the breakfast,both the view and the service were amazing. Overall, a great experience and I would happily come back.

The hotel is wonderful in every detail, and the beach is absolutely beautiful 🌊🏖️ Looking forward to coming back again soon with my kids 💙

Everything was perfect.. staff very cooperative, location is perfect we didnt need to get out of the resort , super clean and cute design for kids, the food at the resturent was delicious and various every day there were different food at the buffet.. drinks at all cafes at the hotel were free, including the mini bar in the room. The theme park was amazing.. too many perfect issues comparing to the cost

The hotel has 4 stars, but surpasses many 5-star hotels. Stylish, every detail is thought out. Amazing, varied food for every taste. The rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished, with a cozy balcony/terrace and very comfortable beds. The staff knows their job well. There are always free sunbeds, because the hotel does not allow them to be reserved, and this is a very good decision. We really appreciated the peace when there is no music playing all day or shouting animators by the pool or on the beach. In the evenings we enjoyed different live bands. It was a real rest for body and soul, we will definitely come back in the near future. We highly recommend Balmy Beach Resort!
