The hotel is everything that it promises to be :) Chose it for the location and wasn't disappointed one bit. It's got very nice facilities by way of the pool, gym and the 2 rooftop bars. Didn't do the breakfast inclusion as I preferred to get meals outside (and there's a ton of options). Pleasant well-spoken staff. The guest gentry is an interesting mix of families and well-healed travellers, largely from southeast Asia.
The room was a great size and had a good view of the street. Came with basic non-fussy inclusions like tea and coffee and water.
Whether it's spa pampering, sunbathing next to the pool or sampling delicious fresh Dim Sum, Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square has it all.

Prime location! Very convenient! Literally like 1-2 mins walk from the Siam subway station (sky train). Some rooms have been renovated so it was so clean and new looking. Love that I can just go to so many malls in that area including mobile UKVisa at Siam Paragon.
With a walkway connecting the hotel and Don Muang Airport, Amari Don Muang Airport is among the most popular meeting venues on this side of the city. Free WiFi is available in all areas.

Bangkok never sleeps, or so you might think as you fly into Suvarnabhumi International Airport. From luxurious mega malls like MBK and Siam Discovery in Siam Square to the famous Khao San Road in the Banglamphu district, this hard working city is packed with commerce, fiery food and soothing temples.
Catch a boat up river on the Chao Phraya Express or discover different neighborhoods on the blissfully air-conditioned BTS Skytrain. A taxi or exhilarating tuk-tuk ride is never far away from the big attractions, which include Chinatown, Jim Thompson House and the floating markets at Damnoen Saduak.
To step out of the frenetic energy of street food stalls, amulet markets and the sizzling temperatures, discover an oasis of calm in one of the many Buddhist temples. Be awed by the majesty of the Grand Palace and marvel at the world’s longest reclining Buddha at Wat Pho. While you’re there why not relax even more with a traditional Thai massage?
From the sky-scraping luxury hotels with world famous rooftop bars to a cheap hostel bed in the center of town, Booking.com will help you explore all that Bangkok has to offer.
Bangkok is not for the faint hearted. Its on steroids.
Bangkok is not for the faint hearted. Its on steroids. Take it as it is without comment, accept what you cant change, and you will love it. I always feel safe , never had a problem after 15 visits. The people realy are helpfull, even when you dont speak any Thai. I notice over the years more young Thais can speak some English so that is a huge plus. I will continue to return to experience the shear energy the city emits.. Enjoy your stay.

Bangkok is one of those cities that never sleeps.
Bangkok is one of those cities that never sleeps. It's a vibrant metropole in Thailand where you find everything: luxury hotels, quiet parks, massive shopping malls, street food, flower markets, Michelin star restaurants and more. Public transport is well-organized and cheap. City is well-integrated with online services such as Google Maps or Grab, easy for foreigners to quickly get around. Of course, all beautiful temples and palaces are a wonder. Impressive to visit! Climate is humid, often feels above 30 degrees and due to heavy traffic city smells very polluted, especially during rush hours.

A great city with so much to do.......but can be tiring.
A great city with so much to do.......but can be tiring. There were days when it thunderstormed ( which was quite fun) but other days when it was "too hot"and the humidity was very high. So plan the trip carefully. It certainly had a buzz with a fascinating culture....and plenty of bargains in the shops and markets. Food cheap. Always bargain with the sellers as they seem to be under the impression "westerners" are very rich. A very enjoyable city. Clive and Lesley (Devon, UK)

I've traveled to 161 countries and I continually tell people that Thailand is probably my favorite country. The dazzling architecture of the temples, some of the best beaches in the world, a dizzying array of colors and sights, best selection of restaurants I've seen anywhere in Asia, except for maybe Singapore, lots of fun stuff, watching Thai kick-boxing events, Thai dancing shows, riding an elephant, some of the best beaches in the world, great prices for really good hotels, kind and friendly people.
Can't say that i enjoy the temperature too much. My Minnesota blood isn't fond of the heat and humidity. Plus, make sure that you aren't in traffic at the wrong times of the day.

I like the room it was fully equiped with the required facilities and the staff were very supportive especially Mr.Jun who made our stay very easy and help with all of our requests and also he found and kept my passport after I forgot at the hotel safe and kept it secured until I went back from my trip outside Bangkok and get it .
Also the Thai gentleman at the office who I can't recall his name he was very helpful and attentive to all of our needs
Big Thanks and will be back again soon in April
Service was great, the hotel is situated close to a very lively area but far enough (5 min walk) to not be bothered by it. This is the part of Bangkok that you want to stay in general. Close to all major sights. The food was great, cappucino the best we had in Thailand. The room is very comfortable and the rooftop infinitypool with bar is a great way to calm and cool down after a day of sightseeing in hot weather. It was everything we wanted and needed for a good price
Lovely room and nice views of Bangkok. Possibly the best bathroom ever in a hotel at this price point. Obviously it's right in the Mahanakhon building so very handy for the skywalk and rooftop there, plus the SkyTrain is right opposite the hotel and 3 stops to the pier for riverboats. Breakfast was great with lots of options to choose unlimited a la carte from, including Thai options. All staff were great and super friendly and helped arrange airport taxi.
Cheap hotel along the Airport Link train, very close to the train station. What do you expect from a hotel in Bangkok ? Sleep and have a shower, this hotel offers you that just perfectly, without any useless shiny extras, just perfect for the price
Very nice hotel, big swimming pool, the staff is nice, I needed to print something desperately and they have a small office for guests with a printer.
Highly raccomended everything was clean and it's near the big attraction of Bangkok
