Good central location; quiet (had room towards the back of the motel); clean and comfortable for what you would expect for this location and price. I usually choose to stay here when in town.

Convenient location. We were hiking up Blackdown Tablelands National Park, so the motel was ideally located for the day trip. Also handy to local restaurants

the place does not provide food, so they directed you to next door to the petrol station. Because I know Blackwater after I know where to go for food, including breakfast (bakery opens at 4 am, has a nice breakfast. Also the Blackwater Hotel and Motel, country club etc are efficient and provide nice variety of food and is walking distance from the hotel. However they also could have offered eg bank info, pizza hut, subway, coal centre etc meetings and catch up's for work purposes.

As in most thing, you get what you pay for. The motel was clean and pleasant. A little tired but good value for money. I would recommend for the budget traveler.

We did not get a buffet or let alone a continental breakfast considering we paid for a breakfast at the motel Their idea of a continental breakfast was two wraps never had wraps for breakfast ever False advertising stating breakfast included The reception was also virtual

We ate in the restaurant at night and had a motel prepared breakfast which we microwaved in the room in the morning - both were very good. The motel staff were great - friendly, helpful and engaging.

Loved the included breakfast. Liked the location. Only felt the area a little bit too small compared to other Motels.

The gentleman organising my room and breakfast was a great help. He was very friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and clean. The motel was situated in walking distance of takeaway food, a service station and across from a nice park.
