Because I know Blackwater after I know where to go for food, including breakfast (bakery opens at 4 am, has a nice breakfast. Also the Blackwater Hotel and Motel, country club etc are efficient and provide nice variety of food and is walking distance from the hotel. However they also could have offered eg bank info, pizza hut, subway, coal centre etc meetings and catch up's for work purposes.PPatriceSolo traveler

The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and clean. The motel was situated in walking distance of takeaway food, a service station and across from a nice park.
