Like the property very much. Spacious and clean. During the National holiday of Easter weekend, we stayed at this place without anybody else. Had supper at Port Campbell, about 12 minutes drive, and revisited 12 Apostles again the next day which is 6 miles away.

This is a very special place. It is not the most luxurious one, and on surface it looks a bit rough. But it's not hidden (this is a 'country retreat', really); its value is elsewhere. Location is great, and the environment is very nice. The rooms are clean and have all that is needed - at least what we needed! It is very good value for money and makes for a really good stay. They are really ready to help with whatever problem could happen - related to the hotel or not - when they possibly can. Especially, our family had a car issue, and they and their friends really provided great assistance and comfort, even from a distance. There are other little details when looks around, that show that this is a place where the owners really care about guest satisfaction.
