The food was terrific. Albania is now one of my top five cuisines. On Saturday not only did I have a fabulous meal topped off by the Gjirocaster desert oshaf, but I enjoyed the live music provided. Breakfast is huge with lots of local dishes. It kept me full till dinner. I loved the decor, which is based on traditional Albanian furnishings and textiles. I the property is way up in the mountains overlooking the castle which is great for the view, but a challenge if you’re going to walk up. All in all, it’s worth the occasional hike up the mountains. The hotel will arrange a taxi.

We stayed here at easter, the wheather was not warm enough yet to use the infinity pool but I'm guessing you feel like a million dollars when you are up here on a sunny day after a visit to the magical Gjirokaster which has a lively center with lots of little bars and restaurants.LaetitiaYoung couple

Me and my girlfriend spent 4 nights in the resort during spring and there was absolutely nothing to complain about. Amazing staff, such lovely and friendly team of people. Great breakfast, awesome service, comfortable facilities and the restaurant serves very good food which is exactly what you need if you do not feel like searching for a resteurant in Gjirokaster. We loved it and will return!

The apartment was spacy, spotless, and very luxury like a 5 star hotel and all the furniture was high quality and well decorated with love. The kitchen was well equipped and they provide EVERYTHING you need to cook! (we did not have time to cook though) We have been traveling around the world and Novi's apartment was absolutely the best private accommodation ever we stayed! The location was also great to walk everywhere easily.
