Highly recommended! If you stay in this apartment you will be treated with great hospitality. Pavel and his team are simply fantastic! Spacious apartment with good location and excellent view! The rooms are comfortable, nice and clean. The Smart TV, a good WiFi, close to the beach. We really loved the terrace with amazing view over the coast line. Every detail is for the well being of the guests! If I would go to Sarande again I would absolutely stay in Luxury Holiday in Royal apartment again. Thank you Pavel, thank you Alisa!

The apartment combines a decent level of service, home comfort and luxurious style. The apartment has 2 large beds in the bedrooms and a huge sofa in the living room. There is a large dining table for eating. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare meals. Also, a large table is a very convenient solution for my work on a laptop. The apartment has very fast WiFi Internet. All balconies and windows have beautiful front sea views. Everything in the apartment is new - electronics, furnitures, dishes and textiles. Convenient parking right next to the house. All necessary infrastructure is within walking distance of up to 15 minutes on foot. The weather and nature in autumn in Sarande are simply magnificent!

We stayed here for a week and absolutely loved everything. I fancied the sea view the most. The quiet as it was off-peak season and also the host (Valbona) was very useful.

The location was great. The room was nice and clean and it had a nice terrace with a great view. Watching the usnset was so beautiful! The hosts were kind enough to help us organize parking on the street so that we did not have to pay and park in the garage.
