Probably the best hotel i have stayed at! perfect stop on the motorcycle trip! Good parking garage with a place to wash and service your bike. really nice room and restaurant. the breakfast buffet was awesome!

The hotel had contacted me to say it did not have a room for a dog, as it had a limit of two. We ended up staying anyway, as it was too late by the time we realised. The owners were very understanding, helpful and welcoming and we had a good sleep, followed by a tasty breakfast. This part of the world is very special.

We enjoyed the possibility of using the indoors swimming pool and also the nice, sunny terrace with a mountain view. The host was nice to deal with and he speaks English.

The sauna is a great addition (steam sauna and Finnish sauna). The town is close to the Obertauern ski resort (20 minutes drive) and Grosseck-Speiereck (10 minutes drive).

Even though the communication with the hosts has been done entirely online, they answered all our questions in a timely manner even during the Christmas holidays. The location is great, ski-bus stop is in front of the house, there are restaurants and a supermarket at a walking distance. Close to all major ski resorts in the area. 15 minutes to Obertauern by car.
