this is a great apartment.the apartments have air conditioning and a coffee machine, in the summer I will definitely return here for vacation. it was wonderful. the apartments are super.

The manager was extremely helpful. Initially We got house without the bbq, but he did everything he could to change the house . Very friendly too. Quiet place

The hotel is great but does not work with Booking. This is a private people apartment that when you rent you can use hotel facilities. I would recommend renting directly from the hotel website. This apartment is OK for a studio apartment.

Location is literally ski-to-door, very close to the gondola. The apartment is warm, cosy and has everything you need.

Nice and large apartment with 2 big balconies and amazing view to mountains. The host was very amable and assisted us during our stay.

We had excellent experience. The location and the apartment it self is perfect. You will have everything you need in it. Stefka and Ivan are awesome hosts, our baby had some health issue and they went above and beyond to help us. They called the best pediatrician in Bansko and set up an appointment for us. I don't think that many host will do that for you. Thank you guys for that we won't forget it. Definitely we recommend this apartment.

The apartment is tastefully decorated,has all the amenities a family with baby can ask for,fully equipped kitchen,free access to the hotel’s pools,jacuzzi and kids playing room,nice views and fast internet. It’s by far the best accommodation choice in Bansko.

Great breakfast and dinner with variety of cooked food. Very nice spa, warm pool and baby pool with bubbles area. Spacious villa with a fire place. Pine forest near the hotel and very calm area.
