It’s a nice apartment in a great location. Walkable distance from the city centre, there’s a paid parking right next to it and a mall 2 minutes away. The host left a bottle of wine and some snacks for us, which was a great touch. While you can’t expect luxury, it is absolutely amazing value for money.

luxury hotel. Fantastic design. Friendly staff. The room is very cozy and clean. The bed is comfortable. The hotel is located next to Vitosha Boulevard, where there are a lot of shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

A luxury apartment! Felt like staying over or house swapping with a friend (because this place feels like custom-made for a couple to live - a lot of storage places, books, good design solutions, broad two-side view corner window, fireplace and the spiral staircase - not your average cheap solutions for short-term rent!) One more important bonus point for travelers - the working elevator!

After visiting 100s of hotels in over 30 countries, including some of the most expensive places on earth, I'd be hard-pressed to remember as heart-warming service as in Art Otel. It is a family run business with a sole goal of making you feel at home. It's a combination of the best informal Airbnb host-is-my-guide experiences with privacy of your own hotel room. Breakfast and happy hour is a feast here, not every 5* all-inclusive big name resort will have such an offering.
