This is a beautiful old restored house on the bank of the Assiniboine River. The host, April, was friendly and generous, and our room was huge with a lovely large bed and pillows. Our ensuite was also large, with lots of towels and amenities. Breakfast was feast. Great value for money, The Columns certainly lives up to their motto: "Where luxury is the only option"
This is a very unique property that feels a bit like a little resort in the middle of Winnipeg. We had the king suite which was very pleasant and nice to have a private door to the patio area as well as a private bath. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Val was very friendly and accommodating.
Spent 4 nights and would stay again. The staff were friendly polite and knowledgeable of the area and accommodated our early check in. The bi daily housekeeping was great and it had a resort feel. Multiple restaurants and lovely staff. Free parking was big added bonus
Great historic building and luxury hotel at a really good price; 10 minutes from the Forks; employees who will accommodate your needs and more; loved the decoration of the room.
Luxury apartment is the right description. It is spacious, everything you need is there, and it is impeccably clean. The location is on a quiet street. Overall, a great place to stay.
Room was clean, had everything you need for a hotel stay. Lots of lighting, good value for the price. It's not a luxury hotel but it is decent. I'll stay here again.
Nespresso machine in the room, comfy bed and luxury bedding. Shower pressure was nice. View was amazing. Great restaurants attached to the hotel and convenient free parking.
