I would highly recommend this property. Great/peaceful location in the mountains, completely renovated a few years ago, the spa and room look like brand new!

The Valbella Resort is a comfortable and hospitable sports and holiday hotel with elegant and spacious rooms, studious, suites and maisonettes. The cosy sun terrace affords wonderful mountain views.
The Valbella Resort's immediate vicinity offers a wide range of sports and leisure options in every season, from mountain hikes through a breathtaking natural landscape in summer to skiing, cross-country skiing and tobogganing in winter.

The hotel meets standards of a five star hotel in more aspects than expected. Easily accessible Free water refills 24/7 plus an endless supply of free Shorley, local fizzy drinks and sealed bootlegs of sparkling water. The breakfast service was excellent with perfectly cooked eggs and all necessities of international breakfast buffet, not to mention the perfectly baked croissants and other bakeries. The front desk staff are polite and knowledgeable to all enquiries about activities and the hotel facilities. A warm welcome desert and lovely message was to meet us at the room. The coffee and milk was refilled daily. The rooms are spacious with multiple compartments providing privacy to the tenants and beautifully set out with a marvelous view. We were gifted a Local Made Jam jar on check out:) Free parking right outside the hotel, it is close to the bus station and they have their own ski slope! wonderful stay ♥️

The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere in the hotel is casual luxury which I personally appreciate a lot. A highlight is definitely the hotel owned "Tschuggen Express" bringing guests directly from the hotel up to the mountain. Hotel provides sledges for guest and has an inhouse ski rental. The food and bar is great.

We never saw the staff but the contact person was extremely helpful in sorting out remotely our access to the apartment, as the keys had been misplaced by the cleaning staff.

A marvellous host, did everything to please us, invited us to check in early and check out late because the apartment was free. The swimming pool was a big hit and we really appreciated the massages.

The bus went from the end of the road to the lifts (2 minute journey) which made it very easy to get to the ski area. Once out of Ski boots it was an easy walk to the main supermarket & shops. Valerie was an excellent host & I would recommend AROSA exklusiv to anyone who wants to book a trip to a great ski resort!
