We stayed in the suite on the top floor and it was the perfect, comfortable end to one month of adventure and trekking in Patagonia before we flew home. The isolation up there was such a luxury. We loved the outdoor pool and sun lounge area as well, and the massive room was so comfortable. Hope to stay again on our next trip through Santiago!

The location is unmatched. How comfortable the bed was, there is a minibar fully stocked, and the overall luxury of the room.

Spacious luxury loft apartment on the 14th floor in an excellent location near the centre of the city with a great view. Excellent helpful staff. Spotlessly clean.

Great location but not strictly for tourist. The room was clean, had everything you could wish for. Reception staff were very helpful even though no English spoken Convenient to large luxury shopping centre, cafe and restaurants, safe to walk with care. Very enjoyable

After backpacking through Peru and Bolivia, we decided to check into the Almasur as a treat. It was pure luxury, we slept really well here.

Stayed for 1 night as I had a layover on flights from Mendoza to Puerto Natales. Location is great for airport bus transfer as it is only across the road. Overall location in Santiago is not the best. Wouldn't want to be wandering around at night. Staff were excellent and I was upgraded to a suite which was a real but luxury.

The staff were extremely nice especially Gabriel who went above and beyond the call of duty. He really tried to help us with LATAM airlines who lost all our luggage for 3 days. This is a really good hotel if you want to go skiing as it’s the closest to the resort in Santiago. The shopping centre opposite is good but the best restaurants are a good 20 mins drive. You do need a car to stay in this hotel. The breakfast is sufficient and beds are really comfortable.

I used the hotel as my "basecamp' to ski Valle Nevado and La Parva. It close to the entry road to the canyon and an outstanding property for price paid. BTW, it's about 65 - 70 minutes to the resorts with light traffic...a cup of coffee and a podcast and you're there.
