The pictures don’t do this place justice. Really nice resort with very friendly staff. The restaurant and bar were awesome. The pool was fantastic. Very helpful in planning excursion. The views from the property were stunning.
Beautiful surroundings, all-inclusive included traditional Chilean food that was very good, people were super-friendly.plenty of nice wines and beer. The guide, Felipe, was AMAZING.
Luxury hotel - great view from room of mountains - really friendly and helpful staff - great restaurant with interesting and varied menu - really good breakfasts and relaxing places to sit and have a Calafate sour. Location perfect at the entrance to the park. We were even able to get petrol (very expensive)at the hotel to top us up for journey back to Calafate.
The first thing you notice is the exceptional view on the Torres del Paine mountains. The resort takes full advantage with enormous windows in the dining room, bar, pool area and from the rooms. The front desk is eager to please, even offering a free cocktail if you are waiting for your room to be ready. The location is the best reason to be here. Close to the entrance to the park, we hiked every day.
Great all inclusive stay- breakfast buffet, and full dinner (leaning to more vegetarian diets). During breakfast you get to pack your lunch for day hikes.
Take a tour of the facility- very informative.
We had super dome- with heater and in room shower. It was all the conveniences & comfort needed.
Hotel is not easy to get to by car as access is via lots of dirt gravel roads. Make sure you fill up with gas before get there in Esparanza! Food is good. We did the all inclusive and it worked out great. Can't beat the view from the hotel and the location near the park is perfect. Staff is so friendly. Highly recommend.
The hotel is very rustic, and has every basic amenity that you would need and because it’s all inclusive and the food is an excellent value. I would highly recommend this hotel, but if you look for something more on the luxurious side, just walk five minutes over to Rio Serrano.
Hotel Del Paine was one of most magical and amazing places I have stayed at. I really enjoyed amazing views from the property, with each room also having a view of the snowy mountains and landscape. The resort is roughly 30 min away from a ferry which takes you to hikes on the W trek. We were provided meals for breakfast and dinner, which were amazing. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was everything we wanted. I couldn't have ask for a better host.
Everything. The bed was huge and so comfortable, it was like sleeping in clouds. We treated ourselves for a night of luxury after finishing the O circuit and we had a wonderful experience. From the welcome to the goodbye the staff were so friendly, helpful and engaging and the facilities so comfortable and cozy. The food was tasty too and the full board worked amazingly. We couldn't fault anything and would 100% recommend a stay here.
