Amazing location next to the river and not far from the village. The room was perfect down to the details. The food at the restaurant was one of our best meals in China. Staff were genuinely polite and helpful.

The main attractions of Lanshan Wangyue Hotel are the outstanding location in a village not too far from the town of Yangshuo, but with a feeling of old rural China and magnificent unobstructed view of the karst peaks in all directions; and the friendly service by the owners, Mark Ma, Li Wu and Siwei, and their hard-working and helpful staff. Additionally, the rooms are commodious and offer full views-- distant mountains from the front, the village and close mountains on the back side. The beds are new and great for sleeping, plus the rooms have good insulation and are very quiet. The proprietors find out what the guests wish to do, and custom arrange and lead excursions into the surrounding countryside. In an area that has lots of tourists (almost all domestic Chinese), they can take guests on bike trips or hikes to places that no one else visits. Ask them to take you on the half hour climb up to the old Qing Dynasty bandits lair in a cave high above the surrounding countryside, or to one of the ancient villages in the area. So much to see and do in the area, with some of the finest scenery in China.

Perfect hotel for visiting the magnificent Guangxi scenery. Is where you'll get to the see the impressive area famous for the valley between mountain peaks. The hotel is literally perfect for location and services. Special mention to the front desk team and the hotel owner; they all helped us in having everything properly settled making our stay prefect.

We are group of 9 friends stayed for 3 nights, EVERYTHING was perfect!!! we were so happy being at the hotel and had arranged private bbq at the terrace, we had great time with best view in Yangshuo!!, and 5 stars service !! 👍👍👍👍👍 Sophia and the hotel members are so much helpful during our stay, Thank you so much!
