Chalet was very spacious & comfortable, and staff were very helpful in providing information and booking guides & tours (at very reasonable rates - payments were made direct to the tour provider). Food at the restaurant was very good - and again very reasonably priced. Overall excellent value for money!

Such a nice place, the most friendly people that work here, outstanding service and amazing food in the restaurant! I loved staying here to explore San Agustin and the area around. We were lucky to get a room upgrade with nice own bathroom and windows (some rooms don't have any). Certainly not a luxury accomodation but unbeatable for the money!
