They even remember the food allergies of some of the people in our group and avoided those items. We really enjoyed the onsite spa facilities and the private jacuzzis in our suite. The live music in the evening was a nice bonus to enjoy a drink and meal on the terraza. The rooms were well appointed with luxury bath products and very comfortable bedding. We will definitely return to Hotel El Carmel.LauraGroup

I wrote to him via WhatsApp and he quickly organized it to be send to the next hotel 2 hours drive away. This was outstanding service !! the location was very good, 100 meter from the big Plaza. police station just opposite, so very safe :-) plenty of restaurants in the street and on the plaza. Actually all town are full of restaurants. Meaning weekends get a bit loud from Music and party people. but weekdays nice and quiet.LarsYoung couple

Dining table suits 5. Beds are super comfortable, and the 2 bathrooms were a real luxury with neverending gas-heated hot water. Small patio/parking area outside enabled the kids some play time. Hernando was responsive and helpful. Strong Wifi. House located in a quiet area, Grocery stores and restaurants within a short walk of 3-4 blocks
