Very elegant room with a luxury feel to it. Close to the bus stop to get to Neuswanstein Castle and the street outside has a lovely tourist atmosphere.
We stayed here 5 years ago and loved it so we booked it again. Must be new owners because all the beautiful luxury touches were gone and we were very disappointed.
The hotel is basically a resort with annexed spa and sauna facilities. They organize several activities you can sign up during the day. There is dinner service for a set price which you need to book latest by 5,30 PM. Last seating was 8 PM. Food was good and service friendly.
Great hotel with a boutique feel. Helpful and friendly staff, excellent restaurant and a superb breakfast. Rooms were fun, decorated with Wagner themes, comfortable and well designed. We'd booked this as a touch of luxury and apart from one issue, it certainly delivered on this. It's well located on the edge of the old city and only a short walk from the railway station.
Very comfortable place to stay in a beautiful town. We stopped for one night on the way to a ski resort but decided to have a look around before leaving the next day. The hosts are very accommodating and lovely. We will pass by and stay again in the future!
Very nice holiday resort in walking distance to a gorgeous lake, maybe 2 min max. The wellness area was very comfortable and appealing. Overall, the resort was very clean and quiet. I traveled with my two dogs, which was not a problem at all. Parking was available on side.
Outstanding service. A beautifully clean apartment in a great location. The host was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for two nights or two weeks!
