We also appreciated all the little extras such as the coffee machine, luxury soaps, complimentary water and ginger bread on arrival etc! The location is also perfect - easy walk to the train station as well as the old town and city centre. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Monki restaurant is delicious too! We couldn’t fault anything and would definitely be back!

Hotel is complete in itself. A good restaurant , excellent spread of Breakfast,, ample Parking space & on top of it very professional staff. Good thing is that the restaurant operates until 11.00 p.m. which is a rare luxury to find in Germany. Ambience and amenities are but old but very well maintained.

No silly clutter. Room was spacious and well insulated. You couldn't hear the street or the other guests at all. Thick luxurious curtains, not a ray of light comes through if, like me, you prefer it nice and dark at night. Air conditioning was a big bonus since it was 30+ celcius outside. Bathroom was sheer luxury. Staff was very helpful and yet we were given our privacy. Thank you all!

Staff is super nice and friendly and very helpful with our needs (early check-in, luggage storage, luggage packing space after check out...).
