This was the highlight of our trip. We only stayed for two nights but wish we would have booked longer. We have never felt so welcomed anywhere we've stayed before. Everyone at the hotel went out of their way to make sure we were happy, well-fed and were enjoying our stay. The room and bathroom were spotless, beds were comfortable, and the food was great. The building itself was stunning and the court area with the on-site restaurant was ideal. Prices were incredibly reasonable for food and drink, too. It was the perfect spot to relax and watch the world go by and watch the boats on the Nile in a peaceful but vibrant area. The pick up and drop off service was on time and meticulously managed, with clear signage and prices that were more than reasonable. Going into Aswan, the hotel manager, Mahmoud, arranged a boat for us to cross the Nile rather than take a car which was incredible! The hotel is in the market area, so we had a great stroll through the streets on our full day there and chatted to lots of people. It was a safe, welcoming and peaceful paradise - thank you! We will be back...but for longer next time :)

The location is in a tranquil nubian village on the west side of the Nile. If you're with the car, you easily exit on a highway towards the Aswan Dam of Abu Simbel. The courtyard is a traditional one, the room was big, clean and with a good wi-fi. The host was careful and the surroundings looked safe. We also parked the car at the gate front and it was ok. The breakfast was tasteful and we served it outside in the courtyard. On the evenings, the lights from the courtyard make a warm and nice atmosphere. A good value for money!

My mother has fled the war in Sudan with a bus , when she arrived to Aswan everyone was very helpful We booked this hotel for her to rest from the tiredness that she felt then continue the journey to Cairo She felt very welcomed and she said that the staff was very friendly and nice and supported her on her stay there. They even suggested to book her train tickets to Cairo. And they made sure that she arrived safely to Cairo :) Thank you so much ( and sorry for the misunderstanding that happened) . please ask for Sarah the manager every time you go there , she is very nice and helpful.

Speechless about the Nubian culture and the way of building their houses, it's a Wow experience and more interesting to be in that rich culture of history, I love the place to the moon back and the Nubian people who work in the hotel and around in the neighborhoods, clean nice and great place to visit

The location is great, quiet and have a great view. Perfect to relax. The rooms are comfortable spacious, we had a villa for us as a small group of 3. Nice pool. The quality of the food in the restaurant is excellent, locally products.

Dobra lokacija, s terase restavracije, ki je ob obali Nila, je lep razgled (izjemen sončni zahod), blizu tržnica (suk). Sobe so v nizkih, razgibanih pritličnih stavbah, z zunanjim vhodom. Vsaka soba ima svojo terasico. Vstop direktno v sobo. V sobi majhen hladilnik in sef. Klima. Udobne postelje, dober spanec. Zunanji bazen s pogledom na Nil, ležalniki in senčniki.. Prijazno osebje. Čisto.
