I liked very much the variety of menus . Every evening had a different menu based on different cultures . I really loved that . I also loved the animation team that did a really great work with their shows and games . The housekeepers and the receptionsts were very pleasant, kind and helpful aswell !

Everything was excellent from the minute we arrived. Check in was quick and efficient. We arrived at 11.30pm and there was food still available. Rooms were very spacious, clean and very well equipped. We had a 1 bedroom apartment. Everything we needed was there. There was plenty of selection for breakfast lunch and dinner. Food was still been topped up fresh 15 mins before closing which was so nice for people that were running late and still got hot fresh food. Staff were friendly and polite and very well trained. Well done management. The arcade was so much fun for your 9 year old son. He really enjoyed his stay.

Personally, I like the location, it is slightly outside of the town center, like 15 mins walk, which I liked a lot, I loved the little Cala behind the hotel, 10 mins walk, a bit of rocks when you enter, put a few meters down, perfect sand, brilliant for snorkeling on none windy days, A Shuttle to Cala Domingos, operating frequency, great idea! overall you get what you pay for, no complains from our side, as we were visiting the island (rented a car) so we were only coming back for food and sleep ;)

From the start you're greeted by the friendly staff, the hotel is in secure grounds right by the Cala, and the rooms are a nice size, with comfortable firm beds. What's special about this hotel is the restaurant... Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner were all amazing, with so many choices in the buffet. We stayed there 6 nights and each lunch and dinner service was different. There was also plenty of choice for my vegan partner. Having extensive travel through Europe and the US, this is without doubt, the best restaurant buffet service I've experienced.
