I liked very much the variety of menus . Every evening had a different menu based on different cultures . I really loved that . I also loved the animation team that did a really great work with their shows and games . The housekeepers and the receptionsts were very pleasant, kind and helpful aswell !

Everything was excellent from the minute we arrived. Check in was quick and efficient. We arrived at 11.30pm and there was food still available. Rooms were very spacious, clean and very well equipped. We had a 1 bedroom apartment. Everything we needed was there. There was plenty of selection for breakfast lunch and dinner. Food was still been topped up fresh 15 mins before closing which was so nice for people that were running late and still got hot fresh food. Staff were friendly and polite and very well trained. Well done management. The arcade was so much fun for your 9 year old son. He really enjoyed his stay.

Reception was helpful all the time. Rooms were clean and tidy, rooms were cleaned every day so that was nice. The driver who drives the bus to the beach wasn’t as pleasant as all the rest of the staff, I guess he doesn’t like people who don’t talk Spanish language. Food was brilliant and very tasty. My kid loved it and my friends as well. Close to the beaches and that was perfect. Wouldn’t recommend the main transport bus as it so expensive. Cheaper will be if you will rent a car.

From the start you're greeted by the friendly staff, the hotel is in secure grounds right by the Cala, and the rooms are a nice size, with comfortable firm beds. What's special about this hotel is the restaurant... Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner were all amazing, with so many choices in the buffet. We stayed there 6 nights and each lunch and dinner service was different. There was also plenty of choice for my vegan partner. Having extensive travel through Europe and the US, this is without doubt, the best restaurant buffet service I've experienced.

I loved the location and food. The staff was friendly, they opened the resto (with some cheese, ham and bread) even when we arrived at 3am. I liked the supermarket linked to the hotel with reasonable prices for food and beach equipment. View was stunning wherever we were. Perfectly located hotel.

The whole hotel "town", the friendly staff, the spacious apartment, the (Tina Turner) concert, the location, the fabulous breakfast! (And we didn't manage to enjoy everything this place offered.) Fantastic experience! Thank you so much.
