It is not lakefront, and I would rate them maybe 3 star....the preoccupation of the place seemed to be with their environmental impact. Thats nice but I would like a Hotel that focuses on its guests...that said The Breakfast was very good, and fresh orange juice ia always a pleasure.peterYoung couple
