Its greatest asset is the very friendly and efficient staff. They are truly helpful and spend extra time to help us. There is also the niceties of the off street parking area and accommodation for pets. The location is excellent, almost exactly half way between the train station and the city centre, taking around 10 minutes to walk to either.
