The stairs weren't a problem but some might find them too much. The car parking space is tight enough to back in to and might be tricky for some. Don’t expect luxury but you have most of the things you need. The kitchen with almost all the utilities needed were ready. Internet service was fast. Heating, hot water were all OK.
