The flat was in a convenient location. It was not as described 'luxury' but rather tired and dated. One of the beds dipped in the middle. No wardrobe or place to hang clothes in second bedroom.

It felt like we’d stepped into real luxury staying at The Grand and the men who were greeting us at the door were so enthusiastic, friendly and welcoming it was just fantastic! I wish I could now remember their names but they welcomed us and made us feel happy from the get go. Same for the lady who welcomed us at the reception desk. Everything was gorgeous.

Room was lovely, spotlessly clean and very comfy bed with en suite. Tea tray was best yet with coffee bags and luxury biscuits, fantastic touch. Richard was a super host and very knowledgeable. Not far from all you need to see and do in Brighton. Thoroughly recommend .

The property is a good location but the apt itself is not a luxury apt, it smelt of cigarettes and eggs also the bedding was dirty

Gavin and his sons were very helpful, the room wasn’t particularly clean, lots of dust present on the bedside lights and especially the chandelier which I’m guessing has never been touched ! As this was a luxury room a heated towel rail would have been good and more towels and proper milk !

This was a comfortable, spacious apartment with a touch of luxury, nice decor, comfy beds, warm environment. A lovely large balcony for the beautiful sunrise, sunsets and would be great in warmer weather. The block it's situated in is clean and easy to access. The marina is a great base for Brighton...only a bus ride away and buses every few minutes...or a lovely walk along the front. There were most things you could want in the apartment. We really enjoyed our few days.

It would be hard to find a better location for the price. It's not a luxury hotel but it's a totally adequate place to stay. The staff were really nice - I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come here again in the future. Bargain.

It’s near the seafront and it’s not a far walk from the city centre. Rooms are nice, obviously not luxury but you’re getting your money’s worth, beds are very comfortable as well. The staff while we where checking out was lovely as well. She was very attentive and even offered to look after our bags so we can go and look around brighton.

It's a decent hotel in a great location. If the price is reasonable, then it also provides good value. The beds are really comfortable, and it has an air of luxury about it over more budget focused brands. If you want a nice relaxing night away in Brighton it's hard to fault.
