Room was over looking the sea on second floor. Windows were very dirty on the outside and whilst the room was generally clean and spacious there was only a thin veneer layer of luxury about it. The bathroom curtains were very tatty with holes. The toilet flush was hit and miss and the hairdryer near the sink and mirror was for show only. The staff though were very pleasant and cheery. We elected to not order breakfast. to conclude we got what we paid for and cannot complain

Clean apartments with luxury kitchen. I like the staff here as they are very helpful. I watched my favourite film on the smart tv and enjoyed my food which I cooked in the kitchen

We were upgraded from an Executive room to a Junior Suite - and we had our 2 Rotties with us - and were astounded at the luxury and style. The Emperor style bed was so comfortable, and the bedding high quality. The staff were all really friendly and polite, and smiles all round. Loved the old style lift.

Fabulous, loved the outdoor pool, sadly not open in the winter. It was like swimming by a castle. Breakfast was amazing. The whole hotel has an air of luxury. Wonderful staff.

The room was surprisingly modern, light and airy. Of course the building itself has seen better days.. it is a typical seaside resort hotel. So I was expecting the room to reflect that.. but it didn’t! Lovely clean bathroom and hot shower. Plenty of tea and coffee and biscuits.

I liked the hotel with all comforts with so little money away from London. I had ordered Chinese food take away which was delivered in 45 minutes. Then I enjoyed watching my movie on the Tv. My partner enjoyed the luxury as well with drinks. I will come back for another short break soon.

The hosts provide a fantastic welcome and nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel is in a wonderful period building, which is beautifully presented. There are thoughtful little touches of luxury everywhere. The breakfast was first class and the dinner recommendation was perfect. We will stay there again at the earliest opportunity!
