Really great value for money - little extras and the luxury feel of the rooms make you forget it’s not much more in price than a budget hotel.

The building is fascinating and old style (grade listed) and has a great architecture. Internally it's all renovated to high standards. Our room was spacious and stylish. The bathroom had a great shower. Everything gave a feeling of luxury.

Wonderfully warm welcome from the receptionist. Bar staff really friendly, efficient and professional. Lovely relaxed bar to sit and have gorgeous cocktails in. Had lunch the next day - top class service and food. All round outstanding service from start to finish. Good location for city centre - 5/10 min walk from the hustle and bustle.

The location of Motel One is excellent. With a car park, central station and St Enoch subway no more than a couple of minutes walk away. We were worried it would be noisy but it was really quiet. The hotel aesthetic is also great, the main reception and bar area looks like a luxury hotel, the rooms are nice and the staff are excellent. Also the later than usual 12pm check out was nice.

Everything about the hotel and the Luxury room I stayed in was top notch but the Wifi ruins it which is such a shame. For a business traveller and even for others, thats the most basic requirment. Otherwise, Tallest ceiling in a hotel room which is great .The hotel gives old vintage vibes with its cage elevator. Breakfast was good and fast alongwith vegan options. If not for wifi, I would always book this hotel for my future visits
