Family room was exception great size very comfortable beds. Location was perfect to the river shops & sightseeing. Breakfast was buffet style and lots to choose from hot and cold. Fabulous hotel with lovely grounds to explore.

The staff is very friendly and professional. My room was spacious and elegant. The bed was comfy and breakfast was good. They even had gluten-free toasts to fit my dietary needs. The hotel is right by the Thames and the Hampton Court bridge. The view from the breakfast room is splendid and peaceful. A bus stop is 2 mins walking distance from the hotel, making it easy to go to Kingston or elsewhere.
