beautiful hotel in lovely grounds. the hotel was luxurious, the spa is excellent and the walls around the grounds are breathtaking we even saw a huge family of deer. staff were also lovely. breakfast was incredible.

    Fabulous and quirky. Everything I hoped for. Such a wonderful place with stunning detail and history. Don’t choose this hotel if you want modern luxury. The floors are wonky and doors are original. So many little surprises and full of charm. The staff were friendly.

    Beautifully and tastefully decorated and furnished, it felt like luxury! Wonderful hosts to welcome us. The property had everything needed for a really enjoyable stay. The bed was sumptuous….. one of the best sleeps ever!
