Reception staff very friendly and welcoming. Lobby/bar tasteful, as is the whole building and interior. An industrial, exposed brick vibe. Very clean and safe with key card access 24hrs. Room, spacious and plenty amenities. Hidden kitchenette with Tassimo machine. Plenty dimmer lighting and plugs. Large comfortable bed and no noise heard albeit near bars. It's not a luxury hotel but we weren't looking for that anyway. The beds were very comfortable, the staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Evening dinner was lovely, so too was breakfast. Staff were very helpful and all three rooms I booked were clean, comfortable and were up to a luxury standard. Definitely will stay here again and would recommend to anyone staying in Liverpool !
