The hotel grounds and facilities were great. The staff were friendly and frequently went above and beyond to help. The breakfast was good quality and great range. Highly recommend this Resort
Upgrade to the Georgian room from the executive took my stay from regular to luxury, walkin shower and claw footed deep tub,a little work night holiday!
Literally can;t fault this property. Really beautiful, well equipped, thoughtful touches everywhere, a feel of luxury at a great price. Hosts were more than accommodating. Amazing location.
We had a work function at Norwich football club. So this was the perfect place to stay! Less than a couple mins walk to get back to the luxury of bed was lovely last night because it was freezing outside!
Even had a view of the pitch (sent a photo to my boyfriend he was jealous haha)
Staff were lovely and friendly, even helpful because my friend was running late so I left a key at reception for her!
The whole place was amazing worth every penny, all the small details were lovely!! And the brownie was wow!!🤩the place was really easy to warm up iswell, very nice place if your looking for luxury and modern! Will be visiting again
This is not a luxury hotel, but then it's much cheaper than many centrally located hotels in Norwich. There is no breakfast option, but rooms include a kitchenette so you can fix your own breakfast at a time that suits you. My room was clean, quiet with a good comfortable bed & Samsung smart TV (with Netflix). The heating worked well, nice walk-in shower with plenty of hot water. Friendly staff and a late check-out is a reasonable £15 extra.
Amazing grounds, facilities good. Fun for kids with footgolf and the pool. Great steam room.
Bed was comfy, nice soft pillows. Quiet and overall relaxing.
The Garden Terrace, a lovely spot. Lovely decor and a great place for a drink or a coffee.
Staff friendly.
Will I return? Well, not for the food nor the overall decor of the rooms but just for the location and premises--possibly. I wanted to love it but fell short. Stayed at better golf resorts for less.
