The gardens are beautiful and the spa was a nice touch of relaxation and luxury. The room was lovely and big and had a balcony. The food was excellent. Either room service or dining downstairs, very filling, very tasty, piping hot and well presented. The bed was very comfy and it was quiet where we stayed. The staff had smiles on their faces, were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for our very lovely stay.lucyYoung couple

Our host was extremely helpful as one of our party was elderly and Lily went above and beyond normal expectations We visited The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan with very easy access from here. Our rooms (Luxury) were spacious and it was nice to have the extra room of the balconies with a nice view, where we could meet up, as a family. The pool is lovely and bigger than most hotel pools but the route to it is confusing and off-putting as you have to go outside! There was some gluten free food available and it was clearly indicated. It has air conditioning and is a good base for visiting Newquay, Looe, etc.

We got a free upgrade to a Luxury Room on check in which was a nice surprise. Room was lovely, very spacious with a balcony, and a large bathroom with bathrobes. Breakfast was great I liked that you could choose one from the options of porridge, eggs benedict, pancakes, bacon sandwich or a full English breakfast. Also loved the spa.
