From the first day to the last the property looked and felt very grande. Everything was clean and tidy. The gardens are beautiful and the spa was a nice touch of relaxation and luxury. The room was lovely and big and had a balcony. The food was excellent. Either room service or dining downstairs, very filling, very tasty, piping hot and well presented. The bed was very comfy and it was quiet where we stayed. The staff had smiles on their faces, were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for our very lovely stay.

Sunny Side Up is a beautiful house with every facility. Our host was extremely helpful as one of our party was elderly and Lily went above and beyond normal expectations We visited The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan with very easy access from here. I would recommend this luxury to anyone looking to stay in St Austell!

The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our rooms (Luxury) were spacious and it was nice to have the extra room of the balconies with a nice view, where we could meet up, as a family. The pool is lovely and bigger than most hotel pools but the route to it is confusing and off-putting as you have to go outside! There was some gluten free food available and it was clearly indicated. It has air conditioning and is a good base for visiting Newquay, Looe, etc.

Spotlessly clean, fresh linens and kitchen wares, cosy lodge with welcoming touches such as lamps and blankets, super comfortable bed with nice bed linen and pillows, a fire pit outside, a great view of the trees and wild landscape around the site, private garden benches and picnic table for our use, luxury touches to the toilet block and the shower (toiletries, scent diffusers, hand towels).

Lovely hotel, and staff are very helpful. We got a free upgrade to a Luxury Room on check in which was a nice surprise. Room was lovely, very spacious with a balcony, and a large bathroom with bathrobes. Breakfast was great I liked that you could choose one from the options of porridge, eggs benedict, pancakes, bacon sandwich or a full English breakfast. Also loved the spa.
