Owner was knocking on the door a few min after 10am asking when are we leaving while we were just putting our shoes on to leave.

Nice pool and spa facilities. Hotel pictures misleadingly show bathrobes and slippers in the room, which in fact only come with the luxury package. When booking a package deal on Booking.com it’s not clearly stated. Breakfast is standard but not as good as one would expect from a 4 star hotel. Restaurant and reception staff are friendly and polite.

Clean with plenty of tea and coffee etc. Room not cleaned or restocked, with fresh towels and bed not made day after arrival. Used towels again after drying on towel rail. Very disappointed.
