Location of hotel in city centre close to railway station. Breakfast menu and facilities. Overall value for money but the luxury in restrant and foyer belied the less than luxurious guest rooms.

Parking is a bonus with The hotel central location allowing to explore the town on foot. Nice pool and spa facilities. Hotel pictures misleadingly show bathrobes and slippers in the room, which in fact only come with the luxury package. When booking a package deal on Booking.com it’s not clearly stated. Breakfast is standard but not as good as one would expect from a 4 star hotel. Restaurant and reception staff are friendly and polite.

Great location. Lots of amenities. Good for a couple of nights where luxury isn’t your goal. Couldn’t fault cleanliness. Cinema on site as well as bars and eating places.

Stayed for 2 nights. Room great on arrival. Clean with plenty of tea and coffee etc. Room not cleaned or restocked, with fresh towels and bed not made day after arrival. Used towels again after drying on towel rail. Very disappointed. Expected better of a luxury hotel.

Excellent accommodation and service offering everything you could need. We appreciated the way we felt cared for whilst the interior and service was as if staying in a luxury small hotel, It more then met our expectations and the food was excellent. We really enjoyed our short stay, we'd definitely stay here again.
