The owners/family were all very honest, nice, and friendly. 😍 Breakfast which was prepared by Nelli was the best! It felt like it was prepared by your own mother. Terrace view was breathtaking! Few minutes walk going to the center. There is a money exchange near the area with good rates. If you are lazy to walk for lunch or dinner, there is a nearby resto (cafe palermo) which serves nice food too(also feels like home). Room was very clean and new. If there is anything you need, they will be very glad to help you. Close to bus stop and avlabari metro station. Wifi was fast. We will definitely miss this place! ❤️

Clean and cozy room packed with enough consumables and amenities you might need. Owner is friendly and quick in response. Enough stores in the perimeter to shop for daily food and needy items. Nice little playground and a swimming pool to peace up the atmosphere.

The location was excellent, and the apartment was fully equipped with all the accouterments one needs for breakfast or meals at home, especially for families. The host, Nata, was very helpful and shared insights into Georgia and Tbilisi. The apartment was very clean and located, I think, in the Armenian district of Tbilisi, the Avlabari. Pickup for our various day excursions with local tourist companies were just a few minutes away on foot and proximity to the sights was a definite plus. The corner bakery and small grocery stores/markets nearby also a definite plus.

Apartment is at first floor of building. It is really positive vibes and homely feeling as you enter. It has wide kitchen with all utensils , clean wash room, good dinning space , master duplex bedroom for relaxing and balcony with landmark view. It is safe place to stay. Supermarkets are available on walking distance. It is five minutes walking from Freedom Monument.
