Every one is very kind and caring. The location is far from downtown of Rethymno, but the resort has its own beach, which is very calm and keep from crowds. Staff are very attentive and polite. The restaurant and bars in the resort were decent. Great food. Good value for money. Spa amazing. 10mins drive from Rethymno town and not too far from decent local taverns. Just shy from the hustle and bustle. If you want some time relax and recharge your batteries this is definitely the place you want to be. Luxury Resort and Spa indeed.
