The apartment is very nicely renovated and equipped. New furniture, new kitchen appliances, large screen TV, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher with capsules. Nice big balcony with sea view. The owner waited very kindly. There was cold mineral water and soft drinks in the fridge. Chocolates and biscuits on the dining table.

Excellent location. Just a very short walk to the apartment from the beach. Slightly uphill but nothing major. Very hospitable and friendly owners. Parking was provided. Apartment in very good order with modern decor. Comfortable bed.

The apartment is beautiful, modern, with large rooms and it’s fully equipped incl. the washing machine. The pictures on the Internet absolutely match the reality. There is a beautiful view of the balcony of the sea and entire Baska Voda. We also appreciated the garage where we could park our car. Whatever questions or problems we had Ivan was always helpful and did his best. It’s not far away to the beach, approximately 10 minutes of walk. It was a bit effort to climb the hill when coming back from the beach to the apartment but on the other hand it was a good physical exercise.

The apartman is located in a peaceful area in a very nice garden, next to the seaside and has a wonderful view over the sea. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect. We were there with two kids one is 2 and the other 5 it was perfect for them. They could play outside. the pool is also great.
