Everything was exceptional. Unrestricted views of the Dhauladhar ranges, a river gushing beside and a deodar forest behind, Prakriti Aalay is true to its name. The staff is warm and welcoming. Service is prompt and food delicious. The staff goes the extra mile to make it a wonderful experience. To reach the resort you need to walk down a hilly slope for 50-60 meters from the main road. I stayed there during the India Vs Sri Lanka T20s and I had my reservations about climbing down the property late in the dark after the match. But, here is where the staff exceeded all expectations. The moment the staff saw us alighting from our vehicle, the entire area was well-lit. Full marks to the preparedness of Prakriti Aalay and attentiveness of the staff. Also, just to add, the resort provides all support, including luggage to help guests climb down the small hill. I will definitely come back again for the location, service and attitude of the staff.

The Eliot Exotica was the perfect break from the madness. Beautifully kept gardens, swimming pool and a surprise gym and games room.

The view from the balcony was superb, making it a great value for money. Staff always greeted us with a smile and was ready to help. Their warmth and courteous behaviour will always be remembered by us. Rooms were clean and spacious. Food was delicious and freshly served. Thank you everyone for making our trip so special!!

This is a Boutique Hotel located away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms were spacious. Breakfast was good with excellent spread. All our requests were handled well. Special thanks to the entire staff of the hotel.

This little stay on our way back from Dharamshala would always remain in my mind. Getting a great, almost touching view of the Dhauladhar Range, in the morning from the little verandah while taking a cup of tea was out of the world. Generally, one gets either mountain or valley to experience the nature; but this property has the dual advantage of getting a touch of both. They have a beautiful rivulet (khad) flowing just by the side of the property and connected by a nice stair. Spending the evening by the side of the stream among the sound of the river and the birds chirping is impossible to forget. What's more the far end of the property is connected with a Poplar plantation and they have a little field there too. This was so refreshing. If you are lucky you could see owls roosting on the Poplar. They are constructing a nice Yoga centre adjoining this field. I think this is also a very nice choice. I would also like emphasize the gastronomic side of the travel. As we are very much foodie, we had an instant love with the farm fresh food. Sachinji and Arvindji were great in filling our food desire unbelievably. I would recommend everybody to taste their Chicken and Mutton Rara and mixed vegetable for sure.
