Staff was always willing to help. Room is beautiful with luxury furniture and a amazing jacuzzi to top it off. We had views towards the duomo as it was the suite. Very clean and very comfortable bed.

Benci House was the perfect place to stay. Decorated and fitted out to a very high standard. Lovely furniture and artwork. Felt like a little bit of luxury. Central for sightseeing and lovely restaurants and shops.

The close location to the train station is the major advantage of this hotel. Also the street beside the resort which has abundant eateries is another advantage.

The apartment is massive, we stayed as a couple and there was so much space for us and a living area. The TV is a smart TV so we could connect to our Netflix account. There is also a big fridge in the room. The apartment is in a central area, next to restaurants, bars and high end luxury shops. It’s close walking distance to all main attractions and a 10 minute walk to the train station.

The property was in the best position close to the duomo. The reception people were charming and helpful and had lots of good recommendations! Although not a luxury hotel it was perfect and had everything we needed!

Clean, spacious and good beds. Very central and a quite backyard. Charming appartment, but luxury, i don't know, maybe for Italian standards. . Good aircondition and electric oven. Nicely decorated and a good bed couch to sleep in.

Wonderful location - central and very close to the Duomo. One road away from Piazza Della Repubblica and in the heart of luxury shopping. Clean and spacious and secure. Ideal for sightseeing but also close enough to pop back to if needed.

Really new and modern. It had everything you need - comfortable bed, clean rooms with enough space, parking literally directly opposite, quiet street. Don’t expect a lot of bells and whistles. It’s not a spa resort. It does just what you need.

This place is a piece of North America in Florence (cardboard walls and floors, quantity over quality, all-inclusive vibe with not much actually included, your typical Florida resort but with rude staff). For us it felt completely out of place, but the price was so competitive we decided to go for it.
