    The staff was fantastic, super efficient, quick and helpful both during check-in and check-out. While not a luxury hotel, space inside room was very well utilized and clean. Work desk and lamp were useful. Shower room was good and better than average business hotels in Japan. Amenity mineral water bottle was very appreciated. Location is also very practical, with convenience store and bus station below, and high speed train station in front.

    The hotel is a luxury property in a beautiful location directly facing Sakurajima volcano and overlooking the city of Kagoshima and Kinko Bay. The service was excellent and the rooms were comfortable and immaculately clean. The onsen shares the stunning view.

    Very nice view. Luxury and a hugh choice of amneties. A master piece, you have to see as a part of beautiful Kagoshima. Onsen are so beautiful and great.

    Hotel seems built long time ago but it was luxury hotel with very affordable rooms. Great warf view and Sakurajima mountain view. Relax in balcony watching Ferry leaving and coming late at night. Enjoyed peaceful refreshment..
