-Buffet breakfast was incredible and the breakfast staff were so kind and helpful. In particular there was one foreign staff member who spoke English and spoke with us everyday. She was so kind. -The rooms are lovely and spacious -The hotel has a luxury feel -The beds are very comfortable -The location is pretty good (10 mins on foot to JR Takamatsu Station) -Vending machine on the 7th floor with lots of options including sugar free soda which was amazing as a diabetic -Cleaning staff were thorough and very fast.

Great resort location. Great place for Onsen. Be sure to try the outdoor onsen. Be sure to choose the breakfast option and try their dinner one night of your stay. There's limited public location and the hotel is located at the end of a bus route to Takamatsu. It takes about 55 minutes to get to Takamatsu by bus. Better to have a car to stay at this place. It's a great jump-off point for a driving tour.

I particularly enjoyed the location; a short walk from the nearest Kotoden Station and the hotel is physically connected to the Central Takamatsu Shopping Arcades, Arriving by taxi in a rainstorm; after check-in, I was immediately able to stroll around some 2.7km of covered shopping arcades, (including luxury shops, department stores, restaurants, etc.), without the need for an umbrella. Rooms well equipped; particularly impressed by the provision of extra pillows in the room, as I need to elevate my head whilst sleeping.

Art deco design, helpful and friendly staff in the club lounge area. Breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktail hour were all excellent and added a touch of luxury to our stay.

The room was perfect, very comfy bed, nice view and a superb bathroom. The breakfast options were super various, which made it difficult to choose what to eat. But that's a luxury problem. ;-) Bikes were to rent for free, which was a great way to explore the city a bit further than just the center.
