If you're travelling around, ask staff to help with the luggage transport service Yamato! The cleanliness and service overall was amazing, it was like a luxury hotel. The rooms have all of the amenities you could need, with some you may not expect (TV services, massage availability etc.). The location is also very good, being a short 8min walk to central Shinjuku. It is very quiet at night, even being in a central location. The staff are also very helpful and can speak both Japanese and English.KySolo traveller

We took a bath with a view of the city from the thirteenth floor, we even got to see the Tokyo tower from a very close perspective. An amazing luxury experience. Couldn't describe everything we appreciated, it would take too much time. Everything was great.
