The resort staffs are exceptionally helpful with accommodations. They had helped me to contact the local business that I was interested in, and they even sent a staff to drive me there. The team reached out to us before hand to ensure everything was ready for our arrival. Chhut Thy was super helpful and just a message away if we needed anything for our room. We had an early checkout, and he had a breakfast box ready for our next trip. They were even nice enough to upgrade our room as well. The staff are friendly.
