I really loved the quietness and seclusion. we are a family of 4 with no children, parents are older, and we absolutely loved how down to earth this resort is. it’s country vibe like good old days with fancy 5 star service. we rode bikes, went on the pond, swam under the stars. also the inclusive menu was great. their restaurant is truly impressive. everything from western to local cuisine was authentic and every meal we ate really well.

This hotel is one of the best we have experienced in Asia. The room facilities and services were the best of all the hotels we have visited in our life. The staff is incredibly trained, Salin and Hak are the best. The ladies gave us a fantastic massage, we recommend it. Breakfast tables, lunches and dinners were royal and at a high level. You are TOP and hopefully we will come back one day.

We had a wonderful stay at the Embassy Suites. This place is an absolute oasis. The courtyard and dining rooms are tastefully decorated, and the pool is just gorgeous! We were quite troublesome guests with all kinds of requests, and the amazing staff graciously accommodated us. Special shout-out to Bunthorn, Son Heang our driver, Muni our guide, Ratha, Song and others that I didn’t catch the name of. Son Heang is so friendly and hilarious—I really enjoyed his company. All in all, a 5 star stay. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

The room includes a daily massage for both, free laundry, a free tuk tuk service and they even provide a mobile phone to contact the hotel. Every little detail is perfect. This is an amazing base to explore Siem Reap, the staff are first class. Outstanding hotel - cannot recommend it highly enough.

I had a wonderful stay at the Lotus Blanc. The staff were so helpful and so kind and the Spa was a wonderfully relaxing break throughout the day. The pool was gorgeous and the food in the bar area was really lovely. It was in a great location with the main centre less than a 5 min TukTuk away. Would highly recommend.
