The doorlock appeared not to lock at all, so a change of room was offered and accepted. The rooms are very quiet, while the resort is just 'off the main road'.

She will go 10000 extra miles to make your stay incredible! The room is very clean and nice! It’s fantastic to eat dinner with the family (Lao style) and you can also ask for breakfast! If you are a luxury hotel type, don’t go here! This is the real life and this lovely Famliy only needs the people who appreciate this! So go for Tina and Heaven guesthouse! She was able to assist us with many things, bus, scooter renting. The place is very nice even if not in the city center, but to be honest that did not affect us at all, also because Ngoc is always available and can contact a tuk tuk for you. I definitely recommend the place and I hope to go back soon to enjoy the rice soup in the morning for breakfast in the beautiful garden.FedericoFamily with young children

Although the family was very busy with preparing breakfast they helped me with a refreshing shower at their own place. The food was excellent the service was great and I always felt at home. Especially the young Owner lady was very sweet . I will come again.

Her English is excellent and she is very good at arranging tours and tickets. The added touches of a welcome snack and a snack for the journey were lovely. The best breakfast I had over my entire trip around Laos.
