The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful: they put up with all my strange requests: tomato for breakfast, a loan of a plate and knife to cut up some melon. The rooms were beautifully decored with berber designs moulded into adobe walls. Lovely roof top terrace with a view of the Kasbar, pool was clean and just the right temperature - what luxury!

Clean and modern. After a hot day outside, it was a luxury to come back to a hotel where everything is spacious, comfortable and clean.

You should expect a real berber house. I.e. no luxury. We doubted whether we are at the right spot as the house looks from outside a bit like a ruin. But don't worry, inside it is perfect. And the host, he is simply excellent. Very good food }best tajine in Morocco), very welcoming. The accomodationis basic but this is what you shhould expect. A real expirience. I can't recommend it enough!

As others said, lovely family. Nice big living room. Bedroom was fine. It's basic and authentic. If you want five star luxury definitely not for you but I really liked it. It's 2k out of Ait B right on the main road so you're out of the tourist hustle. You can walk in through gardens and trees to get there. Food was good and parking.

This is a fantastic location with super beautiful views and location which is inside the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou and very close to that famous gate where they shot a lot of films. The hotel was lit by candlelight and the luxury double has a terrace so it gave a very quaint and welcoming atmosphere. Their food is amazing as well with high-class quality, especially the vegetable spicy soup. yummy

Typical Kasbah accommodation for the region. The owner was very helpful and kind. Unfortunately, he was ill when I went there so I wish him all the best. Breakfast meal included with is not bad according to local standards, dinner offered as well at a good price. Safe parking inside in the courtyard. Overall is a good value for money, you can’t ask for more. It’s not very luxury but it’s typical Berber. Excellent for an authentic experience , if you are looking for western standard go elsewhere.

Beautiful hotel in every way. The staff were exceptional and the interior design skilfully blends modern luxury with a traditional Moroccan feel with great use of polished Tadelakt plaster. The food was also a refined modern take of traditional local dishes. Definitely the best chicken tagine we have tasted, and served with fine noodles which complimented the flavours really well. Highly recommended.

What an amazing location! In the old Kasbah - where mostly folks no longer live, preferring the amenities across the river in the "new" village. But the room had a good clean bathroom with running water and electricity that lasted most of the night. Massive balcony and amazing stars overhead. Great food and lovely staff. Totally the best place to stay and enjoy the feel of history and luxury at once

Most original hotel in the town, and very good food too. Stay for the experience, do not expect a luxury hotel
