The rooms are excellent, and the chandeliers along with the decoration is magnificent. Truly an enjoyable stay with impeccable service from their staff. A must recommend for all travellers to Macau.

My room was beautiful, located on the 14th floor and a corner room, so I had large windows on two sides. Very spacious with a large bathroom with a tub and a shower separately. I enjoyed every moment in my room. Staff were nice, especially the manager Tom, very nice and accommodating. Beautiful swimming pool, I enjoyed it very much.

The staff of JW Marriot especially when check in "Alexa" explain the hotel facilities very patient to me. Room service "Sue" did clean my room very nice and tidy. And "Grace" from the executive lounge fulfill all our request when we need help.

The hotel is able to keep its unique old school atmosphere, and we really love it returning there several times during recent 10 years.
