It is *not* a luxury hotel, but it was perfectly adequate for what we wanted. The morning coffee (made outside room #5) was ready at 615 in the morning with sweet breads.

Its a good location too so you can easily access colectivos to Chichen Itza or Valladolid and there are good places to eat around. My stay was very pleasant and I would recommend this place for someone who doesn’t need luxury and doesn’t want to pay a lot to stay in Chichen Itza. Fabulously located 5 mins drive from chichen itza. The bread and coffee breakfast was just what we needed. The private gate parking was great.
