Iberostar Grand Hotel Paraiso is set in Playa del Carmen and has water sports facilities and a tennis court. A hot tub and a car rental service are available for guests.

Great staff and service. Very nice property. Team was accommodating to our requests and made a point to help us celebrate our honeymoon as best as we could.

there was lots of options for places to eat, the room was beautiful, the staff was very friendly and had prompt service, and it is easy to get to from the airport!
