The staff were extremely accommodating going so far as to organise a bigger pair of slippers for me. The best part is the lack of kids and overly loud obnoxious tourists from one particular country

This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in! + The staff team is a huge asset of this hotel. Both the reception and restaurant teams were very polite and helpful. After the first breakfast, the waiters remembered what kind of coffee I drank and what kind of eggs I liked. + The hotel is located in such a way that the sounds of the city are not heard there (even though there are shops etc. nearby) - at least in the rooms facing the lake. Thanks to this, you can relax incredibly and listen to the sounds of the jungle (you can hear the monkeys very well in the evening) instead of car engines. + Swimming pools - there are several of them, the water in them is warm, one is even additionally heated. And a swimming pool for children with a small slide (this one would need to be renovated, as it is difficult to slide down). + The garden and all the greenery around the hotel - it is fantastically maintained and the staff constantly takes care of it! + Large apartments with 2 bedrooms (and 2 bathrooms) are available, which also have a large balcony. + There is a great path around the lake - walking along it is very pleasant, and you can also read various natural facts. + Breakfast - quite a large selection (although it is usually larger in 5* hotels). I missed the flavors of European cuisine.

This is a hidden gem of a resort in Ipoh, nestled amongst the rainforest valley and a private golf course 😍 The privacy here is excellent, with very good cellular reception and WiFi, enabling business travellers to work overlooking a beautiful scenery 👍🏽 They also had a delegated parking for guests which is quite rare. The staff are friendly and there are basic amenities 10 minutes away (petrol station, convenient stores, street food, etc.) just outside the golf course.
