The hot spring bath in the room was excellent. The staff were very helpful and we enjoyed the spa at the hotel as well. A hot spring and a massage was very relaxing after a long flight. It is not the most fancy hotel but the room and facilities were very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

front desk were very welcoming, rooms were immaculate, snacks included, but most of all, the hotels hot spring pools were fabulous!!! clean, hot, with plenty of room, other guests were all very nice and polite. the showers for after were fantastic and fully equipped w shampoo/shower soap. the robes and slippers for guests to use were also a great touch! i would definitely come back and recommend to others!
